I mainly listen to alternative music, though I do enjoy some country as well. Some of my favorite artists are Dominic Fike, Alex G, and Zach Bryan. Some of my favorite movies are Beautiful Boy and The Notebook.

I have talked about Soul Eater on my blog, but I am also a fan of Dr. Stone, Wonder Egg Priority, and Horimiya. I love the manga and anime for Tokyo Revengers and Blue Lock.

Bandori - Fire Bird (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) .ᐟ.ᐟ

 

For this week's blog post, I wanted to talk about the rhythm game Bandori that I have been playing since around 2020. I couldn't get my own video to upload, but here is an example that I found on YouTube. I'm currently Rank 134, even though I haven't been playing consistently for a while. This game is a lot of fun, and it hosts events where you can get additional prizes or stars that you can use to roll on their gacha system for band characters. 

Soul Eater - Maka/Soul vs. Jack the Ripper ౨ৎ ˖ ࣪⊹

    For this week's assignment, I chose to select a clip from a 2000s anime that was introduced to me by my older brother. This clip is the first fight scene in Soul Eater. In this reality, there is a weapon and a meister that fight against evil souls, known as kishin. Maka, the meister, and Soul Eater, the scythe weapon, fight against Jack the Ripper for his soul. I'm currently on my second rewatch of Soul Eater, and it's definitely my favorite anime I have seen. There is a lot of comedy and action intertwined in this series, so watching it is really enjoyable.
